Build With PrakharIn short: playbooks are digital downloads and are not refundable once delivered. Services can be cancelled for a full refund until work or the first session starts.
Digital playbooks
- Playbooks (PDF guides, templates and trackers) are delivered instantly by email and cannot be returned, so all playbook sales are final and not refundable.
- We will always fix the problem if: you were charged twice, the files never arrived, or a file is broken. Email us within 7 days and we will resend the files, or refund the duplicate or undelivered order in full.
Sessions, programs and done-for-you services

| Pit Crew (monthly) | 3-month minimum commitment. After that, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Months already billed are not refunded. |
If we can’t deliver
If we cancel a session or cannot start a service we agreed, you get the choice of a new date or a full refund.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email pathakprakhar93@gmail.com with your name, the email used to pay, and the order or payment ID. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. We cannot refund fees charged by your bank, such as currency-conversion fees.
