Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use buildwithprakhar.com or buy anything from Build With Prakhar. Build With Prakhar is a brand of Sea N Shore IT Solutions LLP, registered at 502 Hermes, Hiranandani Fortune City, Panvel, Maharashtra 410206, India (“we”, “us”). By buying or booking, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

  • Digital playbooks (for example, the Client Engine Playbook and the Claude Landing Page Playbook): PDF guides, templates and trackers delivered by email.
  • Guided sessions and programs (for example, Ignition and The Engine Room): live online sessions over video call.
  • Done-for-you services (for example, Landing Page Launch, Lead Magnet Build and Coach Website): fixed-scope builds delivered online.
  • Ongoing support (Pit Crew): a monthly retainer.
  • Team workshops: quoted separately in writing.

The scope, price and timeline for each offer are shown on the website. For services, the written scope we send before you pay is what we deliver.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your bank may add currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Offers under $1,000 are paid upfront. Larger builds are paid 50% to start and 50% before go-live, unless the written scope says otherwise.
  • Pit Crew is billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Founding or launch prices apply only while shown on the website.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate details when you buy, and send the inputs a service needs (notes, logos, photos, logins you choose to share) on time. Delivery dates start once we have the agreed inputs.
  • Third-party tools such as Claude, LinkedIn, domains and hosting are your own accounts. You pay for them directly and must follow their terms, including LinkedIn’s user agreement. Nothing we teach involves automated sending; you review and send your own messages.

4. Results

We teach and build practical systems, but we cannot guarantee any number of leads, replies, clients or revenue. Results depend on your offer, market and effort.

5. Licence to use our materials

Playbooks, prompts, templates and session recordings are for your own business use. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them. Websites and assets we build for you are yours once paid in full; we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party platforms (for example, LinkedIn restricting an account).

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Raigad, Maharashtra. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
