Build With PrakharNothing physical is shipped. Everything we sell is digital or delivered online, so there are no shipping charges and no exchanges of physical goods.
Delivery times
| What you buy | How and when it’s delivered |

| Playbooks | The PDF, template pack and tracker are sent to the email you paid with, usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. |
| Ignition and other sessions | Live online over video call. You get a booking link within 24 hours of payment; the first session is normally within 7 days, at a time you choose. |
| The Engine Room | Four weekly live online sessions on the published cohort dates, plus recordings. |
| Landing Page Launch | Live on your domain 7 days after we receive the agreed inputs. Other builds follow the timeline in their written scope. |
| Pit Crew | Support starts within 2 business days of payment and runs for each paid month. |

Exchanges
Digital products can’t be exchanged. If you bought the wrong playbook, email us within 7 days and, provided the files haven’t been downloaded, we’ll switch it to the right one. For refunds, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
